I'm a cyclist, a dad of 4 and personal bike mechanic to 2 kids who are racing and keeping my bike tools busy. 

I've always been a bike lover, and at age 6 I raced in my first BMX Champtionship in The Netherlands. I grew up surrounded by pushbikes and motorbikes, dipping in my toe in desert racing and trials riding.

I'm now firmly in the enduro camp, trying to cling onto my youth by competing annually in Ard Moors and Ard Rock although now it's time to admit that my body will thank me more for the fixing rather that the racing!
